Dave and Mary built Astral Housing from the ground up after moving to Nottinghamshire from Wales in 1996, and ran it themselves for the best part of thirty years. They’re stepping back now, but their standards still set the bar for everything we do.

Kate Plummer

Lettings and Tenant Relations

Kate is the face of Astral and your main point of contact. She looks after lettings, tenancies and the day-to-day, and she’s who you’ll usually be dealing with. As Dave and Mary’s daughter, she grew up around the business and now runs it.

Simon Plummer

Maintenance and Advisory

Simon supports the business behind the scenes, advising on how it’s run and helping keep the properties well maintained. If something needs fixing, he’s often the one making sure it gets sorted.
